Disappointed

got a new convection cooktop , bought both the 12 and 8 inch frypans as they seemed to be promoted as a one time purchase and non stick , good for metal utensils. not a very good non stick , NEED the metal utensil to get eggs flipped. would not recommend. Buy the non stick you have to throw away every 2 years.

PADERNO 28cm Hybrid Clad Frypan

Essential tool in a kitchen. Ideal pan for searing meat, making a French omelette or sautéing your favorite vegetables. Even heat dispersion and washes easily. I just love it!

Paderno Hybrid vs Hex Clad

I have a Hex clad pan and a Paderno Hybrid, I be had them both for about 3 months now, the only difference I can see so far is the price. Paderno pan is half the price, they both work great, I hope Paderno comes out with a 14inch wok like Hex clad.

Disappointing!

You would expect an expensive pan to be non-stick enough for eggs, but it failed miserably. Returned and purchased a traditional ceramic non-stick, save your money, not worth it!

Worst Pans - Everything Sticks!

I replaced 2 older Paderno fry pans with these - worst pans ever - everything sticks to them even when oiled. Eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches, bacon - you name it - it sticks. If I could find the receipt I would return - they werent cheap! I generally love Paderno products - but not these.
