Hello.
I'm sure you've received many similar messages about your burr grinder and the E-3 error message.
I had heard good things about Paderno and bought the grinder about a year ago, but did not open and use until this past month when I finally settled into my new home.
Sounds silly but I had been waiting in anticipation; excited about what was surely to increase my daily coffee enjoyment.
For two glorious mornings, my coffee was superb. The grinder is a game changer! But alas, on only that third morning, the dreaded E3 error that I am only now reading about, appeared. Despite my time and efforts, the grinder is rendered useless. My money down the drain along with Paderno's once highly regarded reputation.
Are your newer models still doing this? Do I give your brand another try? or shall I return the other Paderno kitchen products I own and move on to another brand?
I guess that depends on how you handle this formal complaint.
Sincerely,
Coffee Chris
